Issues with loading Tournaments and/or Events may happen if the Internet connection does not run optimally or the bandwidth is overloaded. Here are the troubleshooting steps for the most common loading issues:
- Go to your device Settings and turn off the Wi-Fi connection. Please wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. Reboot your router.
- Try changing your Internet connection to a different one. For example, if you are using Wi-Fi, turn it off and use a mobile network instead. If you are playing the game on your PC, you can use your mobile device as a router:

If the game launches correctly on your PC via a mobile connection, then it means that the problem might be related to your router configurations or an issue on the side of your provider.
- Make sure your Internet connection is optimal. Full Wi-Fi bars or mobile (cellular) data coverage does not always guarantee a reliable connection because local networks can slow down and get overloaded. You can check if your Internet connection is fast and stable here.
- Install a VPN and turn it on before opening the game. This way, you will reroute the signal and bypass the problematic route, presumably causing this loading error. You can find free VPNs here.
- Clear the app cache on your device. But first, make sure your game account is connected to Facebook or Plarium ID not to lose your in-game progress.
