Please check the most common troubleshooting steps for issues with the game update or iOS in the App Store:
1. Depending on your country or region, you may not be able to buy, download or subscribe to certain types of media.
The availability and features of RAID can vary. Contact our Player Support Team directly if you think an app should be available in your country or region.
2. Please note that you can turn on automatic downloads for Apps on your iOS device by doing the following:
Go to Settings> App Store> Automatic downloads.
You can also turn it on for mobile internet.
3. Clear cache of the App Store:
1. Go to Settings> App Store> Personalized Recommendations> Clear App Usage Data.
2. After that, please reinstall RAID. Once the game is reinstalled, reboot your device and launch the game.
Don't forget to log in to your social network account to recover your game progress.
4. Prioritize the download.
From the Home screen, touch and hold the App. From the menu that appears, choose "Prioritize Download".
5. Check your payment method.
You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the App is free. Check which payment method you have on file and make sure it hasn't expired, been declined, or failed.
If you can't update your apps and see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store", there may be a problem with your payment method. Contact Apple Support for help.
