The release process is staged, and it can take time for the latest version to become available in the Play Stores of all countries.
You can also enable auto-update in your Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
3. Tap Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps
4. Select an option:
- Over any network (to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Over Wi-Fi only (to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi).
The update issue might be caused by internet connection issues or lack of RAM. Try closing all launched apps and switching off the Wi-Fi connection. Then wait a few minutes and switch it back on.
If you still cannot update the app on an Android device, please:
1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap Apps & notifications > See all apps
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store
4. Tap Storage > Clear Cache
