Q1. How do Classic and Tag Team Arena Tiers work?
Classic Arena Points determine a player's Ranking and Tier in Classic Arena.
Classic Arena Points are on the line in every Classic Arena battle – both Offense and Defense. Points will be gained or lost depending on whether a player wins or loses a battle.
Tiers represent a player's performance in Classic Arena and help match them against players of a similar skill level for battles.
A player's current Classic Arena Tier and Rank is determined by the number of Classic Arena Points they have.
In Tag Team Arena, Tier placement happens every Monday at 06:00 UTC.
The progress bar shows your position within your Tier – whether you're at the bottom, somewhere in the middle, or holding one of the top positions.
The progress bar's color indicates what will happen when Tier placement occurs. Red means you'll be demoted to a lower Tier, yellow means you'll stay in the same Tier, and green means you'll be promoted to a higher Tier. After Tier placement, all players start with 1,000 Tag Arena Points in their respective Tier.
Tag Arena Tiers have no Point limits. The current highest Points total in your Tier is shown next to your current Points above the progress bar. You can see how far you have to go if you want to take first place in your Tier.
Q2. How to get a weekly reward?
Each player's Classic Arena Rank and Tier is live and updated after every battle, but Rewards for Arena Tiers are only given out at the end of each Ranking Period. Each Classic Arena Ranking Period ends every Monday at 08:00 UTC.
At this point, each player's current position is locked and their Reward is determined. Rewards depend on a player's Tier at the end of the Ranking Period and must be claimed from the Tiers tab in Classic Arena.
If a player participates in fewer than 20 Classic Arena Offense Battles over a Ranking Period, they will be demoted (e.g. a player in Silver III would be demoted to Silver II) when the Ranking Period ends. This demotion occurs after Rewards have been distributed.
Tap "Arena Rewards" on the Arena Map to read a full breakdown of all the rewards available at any given time.
Q3. Popular problems with Arena Quests (Faction/Affinity/Team Power)
Here are some tips for completing Advanced Quests regarding the Classic and Tag Team Arena.
Fight with a team from a single Affinity/different Affinities
Affinity is one of the main characteristics influencing a Champion's Skills and damage output in a battle.
Every Champion in RAID has one of four Affinities, each associated with a color.
Magic is blue, Spirit is green, Force is red, and Void is purple.
Each Affinity is stronger or weaker when used against the other ones:
- Force is stronger than Magic
- Magic is stronger than Spirit
- Spirit is stronger than Force
- Void is neutral and isn't impacted by the advantages or disadvantages of the other Affinities.
Fight with a team from a single Faction
There are 14 Factions in the game, which you can find in the "Index" tab.
Create a perfect team with the Champions from the Banner Lords, High Elves, Sacred Order, or others Factions to complete this Quest.
Win a battle against a team with higher Team Power
After choosing your Champions for a battle, you can see the total Power of your Team. Find an opponent with a higher Team Power. For example, if your Team has 100K, another player should have 120K.
In Tag Team Arena, at least one of your opponent's Teams must be stronger.
Q4. Drexthar Cooldown
You can buy up to 100 Fragments of Drexthar Bloodtwin in the Bazaar. The cooldown of each Fragment is 24 hours. To collect the Champion, you will need 100 days. Note that it's impossible to buy more than 1 Fragment per day.
