Promo Codes allow players to receive various in-game rewards, including Energy, Silver, XP Brews, Champions, and other bonuses.
Q1. How to enter the Promo Codes?
You can enter Promo Codes both in the game and on the web page.
In the game:
1. Open the hidden panel on the left-hand side of the Bastion.
2. Go to the "Promo Codes" tab.
3. Type in your code.
4. Tap the "Confirm" button.
Note! Due to technical reasons, the Promo Code option has been disabled on iOS starting from v. 7.10. As a temporary solution, please log in to your game account from a different platform: Android / Plarium Play. Also, try redeeming the Promo Code on the web page.
On the web page:
1. Go to the Redeem Promo Codes web page on plarium.com.
2. Enter User ID (you can copy it in the game Settings > Info).
3. Type in your code.
4. Tap the "Confirm" button.
After that, the rewards will be added to your Inbox.
Note! If you receive Skins or Skin Fragments via Promo Codes, they will be added directly to your account.
Q2. Where to find Promo Codes?
Players can find Promo Codes on the official RAID website, official social media pages, Discord announcements, livestreams, and collaboration campaigns. Promo Codes are often released during game updates, seasonal events, community milestones, esports activities, and promotional partnerships.

Q3. Why can't I activate a Promo Code?
If you have trouble redeeming a Promo Code, please check the following information:
• Some Promo Codes are available only for a limited time. Make sure the Code is still active, and the related campaign has not ended.
• Certain Promo Codes are intended only for new players. To activate a Сode, you must create a new account and redeem it within 3 days (72 hours) of registration. Please note: only one New Player Promo Code can be activated per account, and your device must be unique.
• Each Promo Code can only be redeemed once per account.
• Promo Codes are case-sensitive and will not work if entered incorrectly. Please double-check the spelling before confirming. You can make up to 5 activation attempts per hour.
• After redeeming a Promo Code, you need to wait 24 hours before activating another one.
