Q1. Where are my Multi-Battles (after purchasing the RAID Card)?
The RAID Card Multi-Battles refresh every day at 00:00 UTC. You will get additional Multi-Battle attempts the next day after the RAID Card renewal.
Q2. How do the purchased Multi-Battles work?
All the additional Multi-Battles go to the Inbox after purchasing or collecting them. If you already have some Multi-Battles there, they will merge into one Item. You cannot split and use them separately.
After the reset, you will not receive additional Multi-Battles if their number is greater or equal to 30. The system will add the missing Battles if the number is less than 30. The active RAID Card raises the limit from 30 to 100, but the mechanics of adding Multi-Battle attempts remain the same.
Q3. Where are my Artifacts after running the Stage?
If you don't get any Artifacts after finishing a Multi-Battle run, please check whether the automatic selling is enabled in your Multi-Battle Settings.
To do it, choose any location in the game > Tap "Battle" and then "Multi-Battle" > Find there the option "Automatically sell Artifacts & Accessories of these Ranks".
Q4. Why does my Multi-Battle stop?
It usually happens if all Champions reach Max Level.
Please, put a tick next to the option "Continue Multi-Battle even when all Champions hit Max Level".
