Q1. Where are my Epic and Legendary Champions?
Epic and Legendary Champions are the rarest ones, and this is why you won't get them too often.
The current system generates the results randomly using the rates set by the game developers.
It means that with the number of attempts, the probability of receiving a better result remains the same, except the Mercy System counters.
Your account operates under the same rules as other accounts do, so there was no error involved.
Also, you can find all the information about the drop rates in the Summoning Portal > "i".
Q2. What is a Guaranteed Epic/Legendary Event?
During the Guaranteed Champion Event, you can get the specific Champion by opening a certain amount of Shards.
To get the Guaranteed Champion, you should meet the following requirements:
- Use only Shards mentioned in the Event description
- Open a certain number of Shards
- Summon Champions while the Event is active.
Before opening your Shards, please make sure that the Event is live. If you happen to summon the mentioned Champion from any Shard before reaching the required number, your Guaranteed Champion Event will end.
Q3. How does the Extra Legendary Event work?
Once you summon a Legendary Champion during the Extra Legendary Event, you will get a random, extra one. And it is not going to be a duplicate. This Champion will be automatically added to your Champion Collection.
The following requirements must be met to get a Bonus Champion:
1. Only Shards mentioned in the Event description can be used
2. A Legendary Champion must be summoned only during the Event
It will only cost Silver for the first Champion you summon, not for the Extra Legendary. The Extra Champion will not reset your Mercy System counters, and it won't be counted towards quests, Events, or Tournaments. Once you get the Bonus Champion, your Event will end. Please note that you can get an Extra Legendary Champion only once per Event.
