Security Alert: If you received a 2FA verification code without requesting it yourself, change your account's email and password immediately. This will prevent unauthorized access to your account.
What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security feature that adds a second layer of protection to your RAID account on top of your password. It works by combining two independent verification steps:
- Something you know — your password
- Something you have — a unique code sent to your email address or mobile device
This means that even if someone manages to steal your password, they cannot access your account without that second verification code, which only you will receive.
Why should you enable 2FA?
Without 2FA, a stolen or guessed password is all someone needs to take over your account. With 2FA active, an attacker who knows your password is still blocked. They cannot log in without the one-time code sent directly to you. This is the single most effective step you can take to secure your RAID account.
We highly recommend you enable this extra step of security in Plarium Play. It will protect your account even if someone steals your password.
How to enable and activate 2FA?
2FA is enabled through Plarium Play. You only need to do this once, and it will remain active across all platforms: Android, iOS, PC, and Mac.

Note: Your email address must be confirmed before you can activate 2FA. If you have not confirmed it yet, check your inbox for a confirmation email from Plarium.
How to log into your account with activated 2FA?
Once 2FA is active, every time you log in with your Plarium ID you will be asked to enter a verification code. The code will be sent to your email address or mobile device, depending on which method you set up:

1. Tap "Log in" in the upper right corner.

1. Open your Profile and tap "Log in".

Note: If you enter your password incorrectly several times in a row, you will be asked to complete a reCAPTCHA before you can try again.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a verification code.
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email still hasn't arrived, wait a few minutes and restart the login process to request a new code.
The code I entered isn't working.
Verification codes expire after a short time. If yours has expired, start the login process again to generate a fresh code.
I lost access to the email or device I use for 2FA.
