- On plarium.com
To reset your password via the game:
1. Launch RAID: Shadow Legends
2. Tap Log in on the loading screen
3. Choose Log in with Plarium ID
4. Tap Forgot password
5. Enter your email address to get password recovery instructions
6. Tap Send
7. Follow steps in the email
To reset your password on plarium.com:
1. Log in with your Plarium ID
2. Open Profile
3. Go to Profile Information
3. Click Edit next to your password
