To reset your password via the game:
1. Launch RAID: Shadow Legends
2. Tap Log in on the loading screen
3. Choose Log in with Plarium ID
4. Tap Forgot password?
5. Enter your email address to receive password recovery instructions
6. Tap Send
7. Follow the steps in the email
To reset your password on plarium.com:
1. Log in with your Plarium ID
2. Open Profile
3. Go to Profile Information
4. Click Edit next to your password

Having trouble?
Forgot your current password?
Use the “Forgot password?” option on the login screen to reset it via email — no need to know the old one.
Didn't receive the reset email?
Check your spam folder and make sure you entered the email address linked to your Plarium ID.
Reset link not working?
These links expire quickly — go back and request a new one.
