Losing access to your account can be stressful, but don’t worry! We are here to help you get your Champions back.
How you recover your account depends on whether it was previously linked to a service or if you played on a guest profile. Let’s get you back into RAID!
The most common reasons that players can't log in to their accounts are:
- Incorrect login credentials
- Lost or forgotten login data
- The account was not connected to Plarium ID, Facebook, or Apple ID
If you previously linked your game to a Plarium ID, Facebook, Apple ID (for iOS), or Google Account (for Android), restoring your progress is quick and easy.
On Mobile Devices (iOS/Android):
Important: If you just reinstalled the game, you will temporarily start on a new guest account. You must complete the brief intro tutorial first.
Once you finish it, the Bastion interface will unlock, allowing you to access the settings and switch to your main account:
- Open your Profile.
- Navigate to the "Plarium ID" tab.
- Click 'Log out'.
- Read the text of the warning window, mark the "I understand this account will be lost" line as checked, and hit "Continue."
Once you are back on the loading screen, select the correct connection method to log in to your main account.
Pro Tip: If you log in and see a brand-new Level 1 account, don't panic! You likely just selected a different email or social profile. Simply log out and try signing in again with another email address or connection you own.
On Plarium Play (PC/Mac):
Restoring a connected account on Plarium Play is as simple as logging into the launcher with the correct credentials:
- Open the Plarium Play launcher.
- If you are logged into a different account, locate your profile avatar in the bottom- left corner and open the account menu.
-
Select “Log Out” or choose “Add Account”; if you want to keep both accounts saved in your launcher for easy switching.
PP. Log out - Sign in using the Plarium ID, Google, or Apple account associated with your lost RAID profile.
- Launch the game, and your original progress will be waiting for you!
