If you made a purchase by accident or noticed a charge you do not recognize, you can request a refund for an unwanted product.
There are several ways to get a refund depending on the device used for the payment.
Mobile purchase
All in-app charges are processed through web-servers of digital distribution platforms - Google Play and App Store. You can request your money back directly from them. The decision of whether to accept the refund request made with the platforms will be made solely by the distribution platforms.
Google Play (Android)
Submit a refund request for an unwanted product by filling the online form in Google Help Center.
Having chosen the reason, make sure to provide as much information as possible. Open this link to read up on the refund procedure.
iOS (App Store)
1. Open the Report a Problem tab
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Tap the Choose Problem dropdown, select the issue from the menu and submit your request

Web Platform
To apply for a refund, reach out to our Support on the website or submit a ticket through the game (Profile > Info > Support > Payment issue category).
Please fill in all the fields on the form, be sure to attach a screenshot confirming your payment. This could be an image of the payment confirmation from your bank, PayPal, etc.

Money-back conditions
Reimbursement requests must be sent within 7 days of the date of purchase. The Support Team reserves the right to reject your request if virtual goods and currency were used in the game. Nonetheless, every case is considered individually.
Our system analyzes account activity and determines profiles with excessive refunds. Your account may get temporarily banned from the game.
