Basics
Passes give a special series of Challenges to complete where you can earn Pass Points and claim amazing, unique Rewards.
Seasons and Editions
Passes are only active for limited periods of time - called Seasons (for Forge Pass) or Editions (for Champion Pass). Each of them will bring its own Challenges and Rewards, and you’ll only be able to get your hands on those Rewards during these periods.
Pass Types
There are two types of Passes - Forge Pass and Champion Pass.
The Forge Pass will offer you the chance to earn Rewards needed for crafting Artifacts and Relics in the Forge.
Champion Passes also offer Rewards, but centered on a specific Champion. Champion Passes also only offer daily Challenges.
If there are several Passes active at the same time, they are displayed in the Passes window which can be accessed from the Bastion.
Rewards
As you complete Challenges unique to each specific Pass, you’ll earn Pass Points and increase your Pass Level. Completing Forge Pass Challenges will earn you Forge Pass Points, and completing Champion Pass Challenges will earn you Champion Pass Points.
As you reach new Pass Levels, you’ll unlock new Rewards.
There are different sets of Rewards available in the Passes: Core, Gold, and Platinum in the Forge Pass and Basic & Elite in the Champion Pass.
Core, Gold, and Platinum Forge Pass
There are three layers of rewards and Challenges in the Forge Pass - Core, Gold, and Platinum.
The Core Forge Pass is available to all players automatically. With the Core Forge Pass, you can take part in Daily Challenges to earn Forge Pass Points and unlock Core Forge Pass Rewards. With the Core Pass alone, you cannot get rewards for Weekly Challenges or claim Gold or Platinum Forge Pass rewards.
The Gold Forge Pass allows you to do everything the Core Pass does, but also allows you to complete Weekly Challenges and win the awesome Gold Forge Pass Rewards. On top of that, it also gives you a special Season-long Raid Boost that gives you extra Silver and XP from all Battles.
The Platinum Forge Pass, on the other hand, allows you to do everything the Gold Pass does while also giving you a set of special and unique Relic crafting materials.
Note: You can only purchase the Gold or Platinum Pass once per Season. You can either purchase the Gold Pass and earn the Rewards available before purchasing the Platinum Pass at a later date, or you can purchase the Platinum Pass first and the Gold Pass Rewards will be automatically made available.
Basic vs Elite Champion Pass
There are two types of Champion Pass available to players - Basic and Elite.
The Basic Pass is available to all players automatically. With the Basic Champion Pass, you can take part in daily Challenges to earn Champion Pass Points and unlock Basic Champion Pass Rewards. With the Basic Pass alone, you cannot claim Elite Champion Pass rewards.
The Elite Champion Pass allows you to do everything the Basic Pass does, but also allows you to earn awesome Elite Champion Pass Rewards as well.
Note: You can only purchase the Elite Pass once per Champion Pass Edition.
Daily Challenges
Daily Challenges are open to everybody.
In the Forge Pass, you get 4 fresh Challenges every day (though one Challenge will always be the same!). In the Champion Pass, there are 3 Challenges every day, and they are always the same.
Challenges reset at 00:00 UTC.
Weekly Challenges
Weekly Challenges are only available with the Gold or Platinum Forge Pass, and are not available in the Elite Champion Pass.
Weekly Challenges give you the chance to earn even more Forge Pass Points and win even better rewards. You’ll even get an extra reward if you manage to complete all the Weekly Challenges.
Remember - you can only collect Weekly Challenge Rewards if you have the Gold or Platinum Pass!
New Weekly Challenges unlock every week, and you can still complete any previous week’s Challenges while the Season is live. All Weekly Challenges can be completed in any order once available.
