All the time and resources our players invest in RAID: Shadow Legends make their game accounts incredibly valuable. That is why we need to provide you with information on how to secure your data.
Whether you’re using a Plarium ID, Apple ID, or Facebook, please make sure that the account connected to your game profile is secured with a strong password.
A strong password contains:
- At least 8 symbols
- Both lower-case and upper-case letters
- Numbers and special symbols
We also recommend updating your password every few months.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an important security measure that adds a second layer of protection in addition to your password. We highly recommend enabling it on your account. You can do it by following the steps described in the article "How do I enable and activate two-factor authentication?"
Protect the email account linked to your Plarium ID.
If your service provider offers two-factor authorization - please enable it. 2FA can be enabled for Facebook accounts as well.
Now that most of the do's are covered, it's time to move to the don'ts.
- Never share your login details with anyone. Plarium employees will never ask for your account password.
- Avoid using third-party applications that would offer advantages in the game.
- Don’t engage in account trading/purchasing.
The last line of defense is your vigilance and proactivity.
If your account is accessed while you’re playing, you will receive an in-game message.
If anyone tries to change your Plarium ID password, you will receive an email.
Reset all the associated passwords immediately in case you receive any notion of suspicious activity on your account.
