If your account's XP progress bar shows 100%, but you haven't reached the next level yet, don't worry! This doesn't mean your account progress is stuck or that something is wrong with your game.
Why does my XP progress show 100%?
The game rounds your XP progress percentage to a whole number. This means that your progress bar may display 100% even if you haven't earned all the XP required to reach the next level.
For example, if you've earned 99.6% of the XP needed to level up, the game rounds this value up to 100%. However, you still need to earn a small amount of additional XP before your account can advance to the next level.
What should I do to reach the next level?
Simply continue playing and earning XP as usual. Once you've collected the remaining XP required to reach the next level, your account will level up automatically.
There's no need to reinstall the game or change your account settings.
