Connection errors occur when the app cannot reach the game server.
Check your Internet connection. Try accessing any online resource to see if it loads. If the connection seems to be fine, restart the app.
Sometimes app cache can cause connection errors.

The connection issue can be caused by DNS settings.
Update them by following How to check and change DNS settings? article.
Important: a connection loss can occur during server maintenance. Those usually last 30-60 minutes. We post news about our server status in the Announcement tab of our official Discord server.
If none of the above helped, try using a free VPN service on your device.
It will reroute the connection between your device and our servers.
