To log in to the RAID Web Store, your game profile has to be connected to a Plarium ID.
If you already have it but it's not linked to a RAID: Shadow Legends account, please follow these steps:
- Start Raid on your mobile and tap your avatar.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap "Sign in with Plarium ID".
- Enter your Plarium ID details.
If you haven't registered a Plarium ID before, it’s possible to create it in a few clicks:
- Use a Short Login option on your mobile, PC or Mac.
- Click on ‘Create Plarium ID’ to proceed.
It’s possible to do it in the game:
- Launch the game on your mobile.
- Open the Settings menu by tapping on your avatar
- In the Profile tab, choose the Plarium ID option.

To ensure that your purchases go to the correct game account, compare the nickname and Player ID in the checkout window to the ones you have in the RAID: Shadow Legends app.
