To log in to the RAID Web Store and access its unique offers, you need to have a Plarium ID and the game should be installed on your mobile device. Your RAID: Shadow Legends account must be connected to Plarium ID. If you haven't done this yet, please refer to the dedicated article for the instructions:

Steps to Log In from a mobile device:
- Navigate to the main page of the RAID Web Store.
- Click the "Login with the game" button. The game will automatically open.
Steps to Log In from PC:
- Navigate to the main page of the RAID Web Store.
- Scan the QR code with your mobile device. The game will automatically open.
Another way to log in (with your Plarium ID):
- Enter the email address and password associated with your Plarium ID in the corresponding section.
- If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, check your email for a verification code from Plarium and enter it to complete the login process.
Verifying Your Account
After a successful login, the store will display your connected Plarium account information, including:
- Your Plarium Nickname
- Your Plarium ID
To ensure that your purchases go to the correct game account, compare the nickname and Player ID in the checkout window to the ones you have in the RAID: Shadow Legends app.
