Sometimes players may face disconnects and crashes when playing.
A crash is when a game shuts down suddenly without showing any in-game errors (system errors may appear, though). In most cases, crashes are caused by local issues with mobile devices.
A situation when an in-game error appears is called disconnect. Disconnects may be caused by internet connectivity issues or local issues with a particular device.

Timeout error
This error appears when an Internet connection fails on a player’s device. Please check the basic troubleshooting for the connectivity issues depending on the platform:

Validation error
In most cases, this error appears when additional third-party software is installed on a device that interacts with a game, the game was installed not via the official resources, or game files were modified.
Please make sure that RAID is downloaded and installed via the official resources (Play Market or App Store). Also, remove additional software that interacts with a game if it is installed on your device.
