- Device incompatibility
Network connection issues
If you cannot update the app on your device, please check the Internet connection. Restart your router or switch to a different connection.
Also, try using a VPN service; it can resolve network-related errors with access to the Play Store or App Store.

GPU: ~200 Gflops
RAM: at least 3-4GB
If your device does not meet the requirements, try using another device or play on your PC via Plarium Play.
