Connection errors occur when the app cannot reach the game server.
Make sure you are connected to the web. If your connection seems to be fine, restart the app.
Important: A connection loss can occur during server maintenance. Those usually last 30-60 minutes. We post news about our server status in the Announcement tab of our official Discord server.
Sometimes connection loss can be caused by issues with cache, firewalls, network load, etc.
Try switching to a different connection type, e.g. from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
If there is no immediate alternative to your web connection, try using a VPN service. Browse and download free VPN apps on the Play Store or App Store.
Also, try running the game on your PC via the Plarium Play launcher or on a different device.
Regardless of the reason, connection errors are temporary and tend to self-resolve over time. In case they don't, shoot us a ticket in the Loading/Running issues category.
